Lisa M. Hintz is a native Houstonian, born on August 7, 1972. Ms. Hintz graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. She had a successful six-year career as a restaurant manager with Brinker International’s Romano’s Macaroni Grill prior to attending law school. Ms. Hintz attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a private law school in San Diego, California, and was a visiting student at University of Houston Law Center during 2002 and 2003. She received honors in Legal Writing, was a member of Law Review, and graduated with the Degree of Juris Doctor Cum Laude in May of 2003.
