Gina A. Lucero was born in Amarillo, Texas on April 2, 1969, and has called Houston home for over three decades.

With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Lucero has successfully represented a diverse range of clients in a variety of civil matters, from the simplest to the extremely complex. Ms. Lucero advocates for clients in many forums, including multiple Texas counties, federal courts, arbitration with the AAA (American Arbitration Association) and other alternative dispute resolution forums. She provides clients with pre-litigation guidance to build a strong litigation team and to optimize the outcome of the case. She also navigates clients through active phases of the case, both in litigation and arbitration. Ms. Lucero’s practice is built on results, with most of her work coming from repeat clients and client referrals.

Ms. Lucero has extensive litigation and trial experience in civil cases including general negligence, nonsubscriber litigation, premises liability and security, product liability, trucking, construction accidents, construction defect, dram shop, food borne illness, employer liability, defamation, business disputes, and representation of governmental entities.

Ms. Lucero has spoken at insurance and industry conferences. Her clients range from individuals and closely held entrepreneurial companies to large insurance carriers and public companies with large self-insured retentions. Ms. Lucero prides herself in understanding each individual client's business and operations, and the unique challenges that each of them may face in litigation and arbitration. She achieves an efficient, business-oriented outcome for her clients, regardless of the size or nature of the client, or the matter she is handling.
