Erik R. Wollam
Erik Wollam has practiced law since 1993. He is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the TBLS and has the highest possible rating with Martindale Hubble based on reviews by other lawyers outside his firm. These credentials were earned through hard work for his clients and extensive trial experience. Erik has achieved dozens of trial victories for his clients. He has over 28 years of experience handling commercial and personal auto liability cases, premises liability cases, construction injury cases, construction defect cases, product liability cases and other civil disputes.
Erik was born in Bangkok, Thailand while his father was stationed overseas working for Esso Eastern Oil Company. He was raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Strake Jesuit College Prepatory. He attained a BA with honors in English from The University of Texas at Austin and went to law school in Houston at South Texas College of Law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993.
Erik began his legal career in Houston where he founded the firm that is today Lucero Wollam. In 2010 he moved his family to Wimberley, located strategically between Austin and San Antonio in Hays County, Texas where he manages the firm's Central Texas Office.
