Kristie Tobin is an experienced trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience representing businesses and individuals through all phases of disputes and litigation. She has substantial experience in commercial cases, with a particular focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases, premises liability and security cases, construction accident cases, product liability cases, and insurance coverage disputes. Kristie also has extensive experience advising insurers on complex coverage issues. Since 2001, Kristie has guided her clients through every stage of their legal disputes, including pre-litigation investigation and risk analysis, discovery and motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial and appeal, when necessary.

Kristie was born in Kansas City, Missouri, raised in Houston, Texas, and graduated from St. Agnes Academy. She received her B.S. from Texas Tech University in 1995. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2001. While in law school, Ms. Tobin interned at the First Court of Appeals of Texas and was a member of the South Texas Law Review.
